Job Description

MSS People require a Workforce Solutions Coordinator to aid in the delivery of workers within our growing temporary recruitment division. The Workforce Solutions Division sits within our MSS People Recruitment company and specialises in the sourcing of blue collar workers to meet the demands of our multi sector clients.




Working with the Workforce Solutions Manager, the role involves the following, but is not limited to:


  • Sourcing candidates from the database, job boards and social media
  • Administration of Vetting & Pre-qualifying suitable candidates
  • Candidate interviewing
  • Organising workers for both long term contracts and Ad-Hoc assignments
  • Purchase and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to workers on site
  • Compiling weekly timesheets in preparation for payroll
  • Regular site visits
  • Ensuring a constant flow of qualified candidates
  • Updating the internal Database


To be considered for the role, you must:


  • Be competent with MS Word, Outlook and bespoke databases
  • Have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Have Steelworks knowledge
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be Flexible
  • Be able to deliver outstanding customer service
