Job Description

MSS People are working with an established client who require a Service Coordinator/Transport Administrator to join their team based in Stokesley.

 

Your main duties will include:

 

  • Supporting a service contract of 900 vehicles at 9 locations in London. 
  • Organising 1800 services per year
  • Dealing with urgent VOR (vehicle off road) call outs
  • Documenting warranty calls/non-warranty calls
  • Raising invoices
  • Compiling information on spread sheets
  • Liaising with garages and general support for the office.
