MSS People are working with a growing client who require a Training Coordinator to join their team based in Bedale.
This role is a Customer Services and Administration based position which will involve speaking to companies on a daily basis over the phone or via email.
Your main duties will include:
- Booking delegates on relevant courses in the industry relevant to them
- Arranging instructors for training courses as well as coordinating the appropriate accreditation body.
- Managing a variety of accounts for existing clients, accurately updating their training records and keeping track of all costs involved for the courses.
The role will suit someone who has excellent coordination and administration experience. Someone who is fully computer literate with the whole Microsoft office package as well as experience with learning and using in-house databases.
