MSS People are currently looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to work within a busy office environment.
The main purpose of the role will be to support Sales Consultants and handle the administration of a large CRM database.
Main duties and Responsibilities include:
- Processing new sales leads
- Ongoing updating of CRM database
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling diaries
- Accurate data entry
Applicants should have a proactive, self-motivated nature. Excellent data entry and communication skills. The role will involve managing a large CRM database which applications should have previous experience in.
Friendly office environment, Monday to Friday working hours, free parking. Salary will be discussed on application.
