Your main responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer email & telephone enquiries, setting new clients up on the system and taking sales orders on a daily basis.
• Processing high volume and high value invoices
• Invoicing and order compilation
• Supermarket administration
• Reception duties as required
To be considered for the role, you must:
• Have previous experience within a similar role
• Have experience with dealing with high value, high volume invoices
• Be accurate and have good attention to detail
• Be confident on the telephone, enjoy speaking to people and be confident in selling and maximizing sales to customers.
Previous Sage experience would be beneficial and must be able to drive due to location
