Job Description

MSS People are currently working with a successful company that supports the Construction industry UK wide. The business is looking to recruit a Field based Sales and Account Manager to maximise business growth and ensure excellent customer service. 

The main purpose of the role will be to develop and manage the Midlands regional territory. 

Main duties & Responsibilities:

  • Target, develop and manage a regional client base to achieve sales targets. 
  • Target business opportunities across the UK construction sectors.
  • Contact decision makers to qualify opportunities. 
  • Ensure early involvement with projects and bid teams and understand project requirements. 
  • Focus on excellent customer service and developing customer accounts. 
  • Attend internal and external meetings and events.

Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

  • Sales, new business development and account management experience, ideally with the construction industry (or similar). 
  • Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills

Salary for the role is competitive along with bonus and company car. The role is covering the Midlands.
