MSS People are working with an established client who require a Planning Administrator To support the planning team in sourcing, booking, scheduling and planning resource across a specified area or region from approved customers, in budget, and with a principal focus on customer service.
Your main duties will include:
·Responsible for your own, co-workers and stakeholders health and safety.
·Assist with invoice processing of the supplier base and with your team, ensure all invoices are actioned within the required timeframe. Highlight to customer service and pricing teams any incorrect price information held by the company.
·Keep the in house system as live as possible with the following details: Load, delivery and shunt confirmations, Times and weights, Additional cost notifications, Documentation (POD’s, CMR’s etc.) Timing information (slots, ETA’s etc.)
·Support Planners in the creation and sharing of supplier instructions.
·Liaise closely and positively with the Customer Service Teams regarding customer requirements, changes, challenges and delays. Assist the Planners by fielding questions from suppliers (via phone and email) and sourcing and providing the required details.
You must have previous experience in:

Maintaining good relationships with contacts internally and externally
